Tanja graduated in 2008 from  Boulder College of Massage Therapy with over 1000 hours of training.  In 2009, she received an Associates of Occupational Studies degree and is currently enrolled in the Advanced Myofascial Technique certification program. Tanja is certified in Zen Shiatsu as well as Prenatal, Postpartum, and Labor Support. Her sessions are informed by the certifications above as well as: Integrative massage, Contemporary Escalen Style,  Neuromuscular techniques, Sacred Sound Healing, Zero Balancing, Reiki, Polarity Therapy, and Vibrational Medicine.

In addition to her training in bodywork, she received a BA in theatre from the University of Colorado @ Boulder in 1995.  Tanja has over 20 years experience facilitating multi-generational communities through the healing capacity of performance. Through the use of authentic movement,  and improvisation she empowers her students to access their unique creative forces. Tanja's knowledge of these forms of expression complements her body work and is reflected in her spontaneous approach.

As a therapist I bring joy of the body's expression into every session.  I work with the natural movement within the body on all levels and address your whole multidimensional being. As we journey into the body wisdom together, we create a dialogue that supports and invites your innate self-healing  to be at it's optimum. I welcome you into an efficient easeful relationship to your body's wisdom, and informative sensations.
